A. SCOTT MIDDLETON

Age 64, of New Lenox, passed away Sunday, July 29th, 2012 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. Scott is survived by his family, children, Ashley Middleton, Andrew Middleton, father, Charles Middleton, siblings, Ronald (Charmaine) Middleton, Nancy (Richard) Hinson, Julie (David) Vicik and several nieces and nephews. Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Audrey Middleton (Doerr). Scott was a United States Army Veteran who served in Vietnam. Scott was former Commander of VFW Post 9545 in New Lenox. He was also a proud member of the Honor Guard and helped raise funds for the Manteno Veteran's Home thru the annual Tri-City Veteran's Golf Outing. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, August 1st, 2012 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Thursday, August 2nd, 2012 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Manteno Veteran's Home would be appreciated.
