Age, 79 of Crete formerly of Hyde Park and South Holland, passed away Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at Franciscan Health Medical Center in Dyer IN.

Antoinette is survived by her loving family, husband, Warner Blumenthal, children, Sheryl (Dan) Marschke and Kenneth (Rachelle) Blumenthal; sister Patricia (Michael) McGovern; grandchildren Jason, Jessica, Ashley, Cody and Austin; great grandchildren Jadyn, Jakob, Grace, Ella, Jack and Colin; step grandchildren Sean, Patrick and many nieces and nephews.

Antoinette was preceded in death by her parents, John and Dorothy (Ambrose) Durkin and her sister Mary Ellen Spencer

Antoinette was a Psychotherapist for Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee until she retired 3 years ago.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM with a funeral service in the funeral chapel at 11:30 AM. Entombment will follow at Skyline Memorial Park, Monee In lieu of flowers, donations to the South Suburban Humane Society or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
