78, of New Lenox, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. Barbara was born in Joliet to the late Howard and Margaret (nee Wason) Brandon. Beloved wife of the late Daniel Walters; loving mother of Rick (Jeanne) Walters, the late Daniel Jr. "Babe" Walters, and the late Dana (Mark) Mitchell; cherished grandmother of Jereme (Natalie) Walters, Al Pierce, Erika (Mike) Weckler, and Brandon Mitchell; and great grandmother of four; dear sister of Janice Moody, Howard (Kitty) Brandon, and Bill Brandon; fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Barbara was employed by Professional Medical for 42 years. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox on Sunday, January 28, 2018 from 2:00pm until time of Memorial Service at 6:00pm. Interment Private.
