Bessie Cap

Bessie Bell Cap of Crystal Springs, MS, age 66, passed away unexpectedly while visiting her children in Illinois, on June 3,2021. She is survived by her children, Daniel (Kari) Schimel and Christine (Ryan) MacMillan and 10 Grandchildren; Cheyanne, Madeline, Rebecca, Gabriella, Madison, Alexander, Danielle, Mason, Madelyn and Antoinette. Bessie worked at Copiah Academy for the last 16 years and was loved by staff and students alike. She was also a very active member of Crystal Springs United Methodist Church. Bessie was preceded in death by her husband Larry Cap, brother Gary (Debora) Andrus and her parents.
A Memorial Visitation will be help on Thursday, June 17, 2021 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00pm
