Age 65, passed away Sunday, October 28th, 2018 in Clarksville, TN.

Cynthia is survived by her loving family, children, Jennifer (Christopher) Garrow, Eric Carvalho, Nicole (Jacob ) Casford, sister, Brenda (Richard) Peterson, grandchildren, Matthew Garrow, Lucas Garrow, Abby Casford and Rylee Casford.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Bill Cunningham, Shirley Whittington (Hess) and uncle Gerald Hess.

Cynthia retired from the Will County Health Department after 22 years of service.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM for a memorial visitation.
