85, formerly of New Lenox, passed away at her home in Tinley Park. Born in Chicago to the late Emmet Sr. and Edna (nee Zimmerman) Reimer. Beloved wife of 50 years, of the late Wilferd Seehafer; Loving mother of Holly (Scott) Peters, Todd (Mary) and Randall (Karen); Dear grandmother of Valerie, Jason and Jessica Seehafer and great-grandmother of Leah; Fond sister of Emmet Reimer and the late Edna Mae Reimer. Dorothy was a member of the Women's League at Trinity Lutheran Church, New Lenox. In lieu of flowers memorials in Dorothy's name to Trinity Lutheran Church, New Lenox would be appreciated. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 1-7PM. Funeral service Monday, May 21, 2012 at Trinity Lutheran Church, New Lenox with visitation from 9:00AM until time of Funeral Service at 10:00AM. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
