ELZEER DELIA DUPUIS LANGLOIS
Age 98, of New Lenox, formerly of Lockport, passed away December 14th, 2016 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.
Elzeer is survived by her loving family, children, Therese (Gene) Phillips, Barbara (Jeff) Jennings, Arlette Morris, Madelin Hurley, daughter-in-law, Kay Langlois, siblings, Joanne (Wayne) Dressler, Teresa (James) Johnson, Lorraine McNulty, sister-in-law, Eileen Dupuis, 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Elzeer was preceded in death by her parents, George & Delia Dupuis (Bouchard), husband Clifford Langlois whom she married June 1, 1940 at St. Rose Church in Kankakee, son, Darrell Langlois, siblings, Franklin Dupuis, Leroy Dupuis, Urban "Chink" Dupuis, Erma LaFontaine, Margaret Shea and Rita Spriggs Kurtenbach and her grandson Noah Phillips.
Elzeer was a longtime member of St. Dennis Church in Lockport where she lived and raised her family for 70 years. Her giving spirit was shown through her generosity throughout her long life; unless you wanted any of her chocolate.
Family will receive friends at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, December 19th, 2016 from 8:30 AM until time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Interment, St. Joseph Cemetery, Manteno. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Histiocytosis Association of America or the Autism Speaks Organization would be appreciated.
