Evelyn E. Schoultz (nee Evans)

Age 90, of Joliet, passed away Thursday, July 11th, 2013 at Salem Village Nursing Home in Joliet.

Evelyn is survived by her loving family, daughter Sandra (Hank) Gawenda; grandson Michael Gawenda; great grandchildren Grace and Nathan Gawenda and numerous nieces and nephews.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Schoultz, grandson Robert Gawenda; parents, Ray and Leola (nee Annis) Evans and 6 brothers and 5 sisters.

A special thank you to Salem Village 4th floor staff and Vitas Hospice for all their loving care they gave Evelyn.

Private services were held. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Vitas Hospice please make checks to Vitas Community Connection with Evelyn's name on the memo line to 8525 W. 183rd St Suite M. Tinley Park IL 60487 . Funeral arrangements were handled by Kurtz Memorial Chapel, New Lenox.
