Age 67, passed away Thursday, June 13th, 2019 in Palm Beach Gardens FL.

Gail is survived by her loving family, husband, James Topps, children, Christopher (Tracy) Topps, Farah (Mihir) Kothari, Steven Topps, grandchildren, David Dixon, Rachel Topps, Sarah Topps, Maya Kothari and Arya Kothari.

Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley & Evelyn Bettenhausen (Polson), siblings, Lora Schroth and Charles Bettenhausen.

Gail wore many hats in life as a real estate investor and developer. She was a lover of the arts and greatly enjoyed attending art exhibits and festivals. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Saturday, June 22nd, 2019 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Interment, Green Garden Greenview Cemetery, Green Garden IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) would be greatly appreciated.
