JAMES A. ERICKSON

Age 67, of Wilmington formerly of Lockport, passed away Monday, August 5th 2013.

James is survived by his loving family, former wife, Susan Erickson, children, Tina (Nat) Freeman, Eddie Erickson, siblings, Jerry (Sandy) Erickson, Edwin Erickson, grandchildren, Jason, Anabelle, Emily, Grace, Evan and Ella. Also surviving is James extended family, domestic partner, Mary Mazin and her children, Christine Mazin, Cindy Mazin and grandchildren, Casey, Jessica, Jake and Katie.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Edward & Luella Erickson (nee McGahey).

James retired from BP in Joliet as an electrician. He was a former employee of Texaco in Lockport. James lived his life for the love of the outdoors and greatly enjoyed his Illinois sports teams.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton St., Lockport, IL 60441on Thursday, August 8th, 2013 from 5:00 PM until time of memorial service at 7:00 PM.
