Age 65, of Orland Park, passed away on Wednesday, February 1st, 2023 at Lightways Hospice House in Joliet.

Janice is survived by her loving family, husband of 43 years, Dale Morris, children, Lindsay (Mark) Hoots, Dana (Aaron) McGuirt, Sean (Kerry) Morris, grandchildren, Gabrielle, Carson, Alana, Landen, Jaxon, Chase, Aiden, Griffin, Declan, Selah, Elijah, Emery, Eisley, Everett, siblings, Richard Pollard Jr., Rita (Chuck) Rhein, Sheila (Wayne) Klimczak, Joyce (Gerald) Miller, Timothy (Diane) Pollard, Charles (Mary) Pollard, brother in-law, Michael Looney and numerous nieces and nephews.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Richard & Jeanne Pollard Sr. (Schoenbeck) and sister Colleen Pollard-Looney.

Janice was a follower of Jesus, a loving wife, mother and nana. She was an active member of Hickory Creek Church and spent most of her life pouring into other’s lives in women’s and children’s ministries. Janice never met a stranger; she was passionate, feisty, and a fighter. She loved teaching Bible studies, hiking outdoors, walking the beach, and loving on her grandchildren. If there is one thing that Janice desired for people to know, it is the great love, hope and saving power of her Savior Jesus Christ.

Family will receive friends at Hickory Creek Church, 10660 W. Lincoln Highway, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, February 10th, 2023 from 4:00PM to 8:00 PM and again on Saturday, February 11th, 2023 for a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 AM Interment will be private at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.
