JERRY D. MACIEJEWSKI

Age 79, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, May 25th, 2018 at University of Chicago Medical Center in Chicago.

Jerry is survived by his loving family, wife, Dee Maciejewski (Kupiec), children, Jim (Juanita) Maciejewski, John (Andrea) Maciejewski, step-children, Doug (Diane) Panfil, Dan (Juliana) Panfil, Lynn (Chris) Disbrow, siblings, Ed (Del) Maciejewski, Bob (Fran) Maciejewski, Don Maciejewski, Joe (Sandy) Maciejewski, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Frances Maciejewski (Gorski), biological mother, Stephanie Maciejewski (Szarnych).

Jerry was an Army Veteran; a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort and a member of the Builders Tee Club.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, May 31st, 2018 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, June 1st, 2018 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery, Justice, IL.
