JOHN B. WITT

Age 96, of Dolton, passed away on Monday, November 14th, 2022 at Ingalls Hospital in Harvey.

John is survived by his loving family, wife, Barbara Witt (Paris), children, Kathy (Joe) Kuhn, Patty (Tim) Dul and granddaughter Caitlin Kuhn.

John was preceded in death by parents, Albert & Grace Witt (Kramer), siblings, George Witt, Alice Witt and Clara (Charlie) Norhdurft.

John was a WWII Navy Veteran and member of the American Legion. He retired from Allis-Chalmer in Harvey after 43 years of service and greatly enjoyed golfing, bowling and spending time with his family and friends.

Family will receive friends at Lincolnway Christian Church, 690 E. Illinois Hwy, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, November 18th, 2022 from 9:00 AM until time of the funeral service at 11:00 AM.
