Jose Eduardo Alvarez

Jose Eduardo Alvarez, 19, of Bellwood, died suddenly on May 29, 2023. Jose is survived by his loving family: mother, Mireida Alvarez, father: Eduardo (Luz Maria Rodriguez) Alvarez, sisters: Andrea Arellano, Marisol (David Salgado) Arellano, Karina Alvarez; Nieces and nephew: Naomi Torres, Andres Torres and Maribelle Arellano; Grandparents: Tiodola Arellano, Esperanza Guillen and the late Jose Alvarez. A senior at Proviso West High School who was going to graduate this August, Jose also worked delivering for DoorDash and at Burger King, He was the baby brother of the family and was a proud Tio to his nieces and nephew. Visitation will be held on Friday, June, 9, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at St.Domitilla Catholic Church Queen Of All Nations Parish, 4940 Washington St., Hillside, IL where Jose was confirmed. His burial will be immediately following at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside. Everyone is asked to wear white and his favorite color, red.
