Age 52, of Frankfort, passed away on Sunday, April 1st, 2018 at Macneal Hospital in Berwyn.

Karen is survived by her loving family, husband, Scott Javorski, sons, Scott Javorski, Ryan Javorski, Frank Javorski, parents, David Janicki, Beverly Janicki, siblings, Kathy (Jim) Dawson, Kim (Darryl) Nybert, Kelly (Javier) Mendez and several nieces and nephews.

Karen was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Frankfort and a teacher's aide at Lincoln Way High School in New Lenox.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, April 5th, 2018 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, April 6th, 2018 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 7659 Sauk Trail, Frankfort IL 60423. Interment will be private.
