Age 80, a resident of New Lenox, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019. Beloved husband of the late Caryl Williams (Swenson) (2007); loving father of Mark (Tammy) Williams, Christine (Matt) Woyner and Julie (James) Gallimore; cherished grandfather of Samantha Williams, Jaid Gallimore, Jarred Gallimore, Jillian Gallimore; dear brother of Robert (Shirley) Williams, Raymond (late Mary Jo) Williams, Carol (Duane) Tonelli, and Larry’s twin sister Betty (Warren) Winkler; also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews; and special friend Judy Quinlan. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Dorothy Williams (Breehm). Larry was a United States Navy Veteran. He was a longtime member of the Lockport Moose Lodge, and die hard Chicago Cubs fan. Larry retired from Com Ed after 33 years of dedicated employment, and enjoyed gardening and bird watching. The family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton St., Lockport, IL 60441 on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 from 3-8 PM. Visitation Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 8:15 AM until time of chapel prayers at 9:15AM to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Ave., New Lenox, IL 60451 for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
