Age 69, of New Albin IA, passed away on Wednesday, November 29th, 2023 in New Lenox.

Lily is survived by her loving family, children, Michael Joy, Anne (Michael) Joy Pesavento, siblings, Pat (Frank) Komperda, Laura (Andrew) Wasielewski, Steve (Cheryl) Knasiak, Michael (Lori) Knasiak, grandson, Sam Pesavento and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lily was preceded in death by her parents, William & Arlene Knasiak (Neder), husband, Richard Data and former husband, Patrick Joy.

Lily was a member of St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Catholic Church in Tinley Park.

A memorial service is planned at St. Stephen Deacon & Martyr Catholic Church, 17500 84th Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60487 on Saturday, January 6th, 2024 at 10:00 AM with a luncheon immediately following at the American Legion in New Lenox IL.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project or Ready Set Ride Therapeutic Facility would be greatly appreciated.
