Melissa Marie Seefeldt

Age 26, passed on to heaven on Mother’s Day, May 12, 2019, at Misericordia Home in Chicago, Illinois. She was the daughter of Don and Deb Seefeldt (Hardel).

Born in 1992 in Chicago, Illinois, she was a beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter and auntie to 3 little nieces, Mila, Aria, and Emmie. Melissa graduated from Elim Christian School in 2014 and from Wishing Well day Program in 2016. Melissa lived at Misericordia Home the past three years from 2016-2019.

Melissa attended Harvest Bible Chapel in Niles, Illinois, and she loved Jesus. Her hobbies included any exciting adventure such as wheelchair ice skating, train rides, zoo trips and fun times at Navy Pier. She will be remembered for her love of cheesecake, Starbucks, and whipped cream with chocolate drizzle.

She is survived by her parents, sisters Whitney (Freddy) Rojas and Kristin (Max) Hansen, and grandparents. She was predeceased by her identical twin sister, Megan Marie Seefeldt in 1992.

Family will receive friends at Hickory Creek Church, 10660 West Lincoln Highway, Frankfort, Illinois, on Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral service at 12:00 Noon.
