Age 60 of Mokena, passed away on Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021 at her home in Mokena.

Patricia is survived by her loving family, husband, Edward E. Lerner, children, Edward M. Lerner, Robert Lerner, Sheri Lerner, Thomas (Cassandra) Lerner, four grandchildren, siblings, Kathy (Tom) Fik, Nancy (Larry) Keller, Debi (Tom) Hedge, Robin (Roger) Martin, Dan (Robin) Burlinski and numerous nieces and nephews.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Florence Broekstra (Pulaski).

Patricia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who greatly enjoyed cooking for her family and friends; she was the type of person who never met a stranger.

Family will receive friends Monday, June 7th, 2021 from 3:00 PM until time of funeral service at 7:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Frances Road, New Lenox, IL 60451. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
