SAMUEL R. DILETO

Age 80, of New Lenox passed away on Friday, November 10th, 2022 at the Mother Theresa Nursing Home in Lemont.

Samuel is survived by his loving family, wife, Lola Dileto (Pope), children, Susan (Merrick) Miller, David (Michele) Dileto, Christine (Vincent) Fang, Scott Dileto, sister, Madeline Joann Dileto, grandchildren, Samantha Dileto, Danielle Dileto, Nicolas Dileto, Matthew Fang, Anna Fang, Nathaniel Miller, Jonah Miller and Caleb Miller.

Samuel was preceded in death by his parent, Samuel & Yolanda Dileto (Aimone).

Samuel was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox and retired from ComEd after 32 years of service.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 on Monday, November 21st, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Tuesday, November 22nd, 2022 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. 2nd Avenue, New Lenox, IL 60451 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment, Maplewood Cemetery, New Lenox IL. In lieu of flowers donations to Lightways Hospice or Franciscan Ministries would be appreciated.
