STEPHEN E. WOOD

Age 27, of Frankfort passed away suddenly as the result of a tragic work accident Wednesday, November 11th, 2020.

Stephen is survived by his loving family, parents, John & Amy Wood (Sorensen) biological mother, Kimberly Wood, grandparents, Robert & Georgia Sorensen, Frank & Marilyn Edelen, siblings, Michael (Shay) Edelen, Danielle Tuel, Kirby (Kyle) Edelen-Gottwald, Jacob Kratovic, William (Bianca) Edelen-Holts, Brandon Holts, Hallie Edelen-Hale, David Edelen-Baig, girlfriend, Liss Lehman, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved pets, Bonnie & Fraya.

Stephen was preceded in death by his biological father, Michael Edelen and brother Francis Edelen.

Stephen was a 2011 graduate of Lincoln Way East High School and a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago. He was employed by Pureline Treatment Systems in Bensenville IL as a Service Lead. Stephen was very mechanically inclined; he loved his family and friends and greatly enjoyed traveling, sport cars, hiking, electronic music and the outdoors.

DUE TO THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC; ALL SERVICES ARE PENDING AT THIS TIME AND A CELEBRATION OF STEPHEN’S LIFE WILL BE HELD AT A LATER DATE.

Stephen would have liked you to live each and every day to its fullest and to always be kind to one another.
