Age 59, of New Lenox formerly of Frankfort and Calumet City passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015

Susan is survived by her loving family, husband Gary Livermore; children Anna Livermore and Joel (Lauren) Livermore; sisters Pat (Lee) Olson and Linda (Tom) VanAllen and many nieces and nephews.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents Maynard and Patricia (nee Kerr) Johnson.

Susan was a loving Pre School Teacher for Frankfort Square Park District a member of Roseland Round Table and a caring caregiver for her mother for many years.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451, Saturday, July 18, 2015 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Sunday, July 19, 2015 in the funeral home chapel at 1:00PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the donor's choice would be appreciated.
