Agnes A. Kleczewski (nee Patane)
Age 80, late of New Lenox formerly of Orland Park, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. Agnes was born in Evergreen Park to the late Joseph and Margaret (nee Consolo) Patane. Beloved wife of the late Eugene "Gene" Kleczewski; loving mother of William (Carolyn) Hackett, Mary (James) Damiani, Joseph, John, and Thomas Hackett; cherished grandmother of Sarah, Lauren, Anna Marie, Anthony, Nicholas, Benjamin, and Leah; and great-grandmother of Adina; loving sister of Anna Marie (William) Turk, the late Bernadette Morford and the late Theresa Patane; fond aunt of many. Agnes was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, New Lenox. She was a former Art teacher at St John Fisher, Chicago and St. Catherine's of Alexandria, Oak Lawn. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Sunday, December 13, 2015 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service Monday, December 14, 2015 with chapel prayers at 9:30AM, to St. Jude Catholic Church for a 10:00AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. Mary Cemetery, Evergreen Park.
