Age 64 of Frankfort, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 27th 2015 at St. James Hospital in Olympia Fields.
Andrzej is survived by his beloved partner Halina Grobelski and their children, Jennifer Grobelski, Jonathon Grobelski and Tiffany Grobelski.
Andrzej was preceded in death by his parents, Stanislaw & Wieslawa Krzysiak (Kumala).
Family will receive friends on Monday, July 6th, 2015 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral service, Tuesday, July 7th, 2015 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:00 AM and then to St. Stephen Catholic Church, 17500 S. 84th Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60487 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
