Age 60, of Frankfort, passed away Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 at her home in Frankfort.

Grace is survived by her loving family, daughter, Monique (Andrew) Battad, grandchildren, Ava Battad, Dominic Battad, siblings, Cristina (Michael) Hinsley, Macedonio Callanta Jr. and Eduardo Callanta.

Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Macedonio & Beatriz Callanta, Sr. (Montero), husband, Randy Homa and sister Maria Corazon Callanta.

Grace was a dialysis nurse for 30 years though out the Chicagoland area.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, March 8th, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, March 9th, 2019 with prayers at the funeral home at 10:45 AM and then to Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 8245 W. 111th Street, Palos Hills, IL 60465 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
