84, of Joliet, passed away Monday, January 23, 2017 at Silver Cross Hospital, New Lenox. Betty was born in Johnson City, TN to the late Emmanuel B. and Katie Ellen (nee Pilkington) Arwood. Beloved wife of the late Aaron H. Webb; loving mother of James (Dianna) Webb, Kathy (Steven) Wilmsen, Peggy (Thomas) Flaws, Philip (Cheri) Webb, Von H. (Margie) Webb, Mary (Frank) Diaz, Theresa (Robert) Diaz; cherished grandmother of 14, great grandmother of 11 and great-great grandmother of one; dear sister of Charles L. (Dorothy) Arwood, the late Carl Arwood, the late Glen Arwood, and the late Edwin Arwood; fond aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. Private family services were held. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
