Bette Suranovic

Bette Suranovic (nee Hodorowicz), age 82 of Frankfort, IL, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015. She was born on April 6, 1933 to Peter Nowak and Wilhelmina Schroeder Nowak in Chicago Heights, IL. Bette was married to the late Richard L. Suranovic for a happy forty-one years. She is survived by three sons, Richard Anthony, David Louis, and Steven Michael. Bette was a beloved mother-in-law to Margaret nee Martino, Anne nee Paxton, and Debbie nee Fortman. Her grandchildren are Lisa, Christopher (late), Alison, Adam, Ben and Katelyn. Bette was a longtime resident of West Pullman and a former parishioner of Assumption BVM church. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 3:00 PM-8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the funeral home at 11:00 AM. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, IL.
