Beverly Ann Meadows (nee Wozniak)
70, of New Lenox, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Beverly was born in Goodman, Wisconsin to Ed and Stella (nee Tatar) Wozniak. Beloved wife of William D. Meadows; loving mother of Lisa (Steve) Crubaugh, Mike (Maggie) Meadows, and Gina (Jeff) Erickson; cherished grandmother of Josh, Bryan, Erika, Nicole, Anthony, and Ethan; loving daughter of Stella Dziewiontkoski and the late Ed Wozniak; stepdaughter of Tony Dziewiontkoski; dear sister of Sherri (late Ron) Bruce, Ed (Christina) Wozniak, Dan (Brenda) Wozniak, and the late Larry Wozniak. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Beverly's name to Joliet Area Community Hospice or the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Funeral Service will be on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
