BLAKE M. AL-MUDDARIS

Age, 1 day old, of Frankfort, passed away Friday, February 14th, 2025 at Edwards Hospital in Naperville. 

Blake is survived by his loving family, parents, William Al-Muddaris & Hanna Ruiz, siblings, Abigail Ruiz-Slagel, Westin Al-Muddaris, Maverick Al-Muddaris, Grandparents, Magdalena Ruiz, Lori Al-Muddaris, Muhanad Al-Muddaris Jr., Aunts and Uncles, Lucia Ruiz, Emily Ruiz, Faith Wolf, Abigail Al-Muddaris, Chase Al-Muddaris and Ben Wolf. 

Blake was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Jess Ruiz. 

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, February 21st, 2025 from 9:00 AM until time of prayers at 11:00 AM and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM. Interment, Woodlawn Memorial Park, Joliet IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to Edwards Hospital SHARE Program would be appreciated.
