Age 53, of Manteno formerly of Lansing and South Side of Chicago, passed away on January 12, 2015. Loving son of the late Phillip and Vivian (neeSzelangowski) Mackiewicz; beloved brother of Ronald (Gail) "Mac" Mackiewicz and Darlene (Chuck) Burks; dearest nephew of Dolores Burns; fond uncle of Kristen and Jonathan Mackiewicz and several cousins. Bruce attended KCTC( Kankakee County Training Center for the Disabled), LARC Training Center in Lansing and Echo in South Holland. Family will receive friends on Sunday January 18, 2015 from 2-8pm at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort IL 60423. Funeral Mass Monday, January 19, 2015 meeting at St. Ann Catholic Church 3010 Ridge Road Lansing IL for a 10:30 am mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private.
