Carol L. O’Leary (Zawislak)

Age 66, a resident of Frankfort, formerly of Homer Glen and Chicago, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2019. Loving mother of Jessica O’Leary and Stephen (Michelle) O’Leary; cherished Grammy of Emmett, Lois, and Alice; dear sister of Richard (Nancy) Zawislak and Jim (Julie) Zawislak; best friend of Andrea (Leon) Gebhart and Susan (Gary) Kulinski; also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dearest friends. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 11:00 AM until time of Memorial service at 3:00 PM.
