Carolyn Josephine Rogge

Carolyn J. Rogge 83, was born in Chicago to the late Frank and Alberta Gracious and passed away December 26, 2024. Beloved wife of the late James H. Rogge; loving mother of Robert (Linda) Rogge, and Patricia (Dwight) Knapp; loving grandma of Mitchell (Colleen Bulow) Knapp, Michael Knapp, and Kayla (Fiancé Eric Ryan) Rogge; loving sister of Thomas (Darlene) Gracious; cherished sister-in-law; and fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. Carolyn grew up in Chicago before moving to Hometown where she resided for a few years. After marrying the love of her life, Carolyn and James moved to Homewood where they raised their family. After raising their family they moved to South Carolina and then Maryland before finally retiring to the Rogge family farm in Wisconsin. The last several months of her life she found peace and comfort living with her daughter in Frankfort. Carolyn loved cooking, baking, and gardening. You could always find her watching reruns of I Love Lucy, Everybody Loves Raymond and old TV game shows. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd New Lenox on Monday December 30, 2024 from 5-8pm
