Cathy Anne Kooper (Kane)
Age 59, of New Lenox formerly of Oak Lawn, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 18, 2017. She is survived by her loving family; husband Steven Kooper; daughters Nichelle (Anthony) Tomalewicz and Brittani Kooper; siblings Tommy Kane, Tammy (Mitch) Falco, Debbie Kane, Patti Bagus, Keri (Rich) Fitzgerald and Jeri Knepper; grandchildren Lincoln, Cruz, Jett and Dallas Tomalewicz and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Mary (Trexel) Kane. Cathy was a Medical Transcriptionist at Marionjoy Hospital and enjoyed her time at Wrigley Field as a vender in left field for 35 years. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox, IL 60451 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral services on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 prayers in the chapel at 9:30 AM leaving for St. Jude Catholic Church for a 10:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial.
