Cecelia H. Napier nee Cain, 61, of Frankfort passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012. Beloved wife of Don Napier; loving mother of Donald Napier, Ronald L. Ullrich Jr., Lisa M. Winkle, and Dawn Turner; cherished grandmother of 12, and great-grandmother of 5; dear sister of 10 siblings. Cecelia was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, January 27, 2012 from 3-9 PM, with a Funeral Service beginning at 7:00 PM. Interment private.
