76, of New Lenox, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at St. James Hospital, Chicago Heights. Charlene was born in Chicago to the late William J. and Violet Marie (nee Miller) Guilbert. Beloved wife of the late David M. Vice; loving mother of Ronald (Karen) Vice and Jeffrey (Arlene) Vice; cherished grandmother of David, Ryan, Kasey and Connor Vice; dear sister of Nancy (Brian) Clifford and Billie (Brian) Windschitl; sister-in-law of Dixon Vice; numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends also survive. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 12 noon until time of Funeral Service at 4:00pm. Interment will be private.
