Charles “Chuck” O. Clark

Age 77, a resident of New Lenox, formerly of Orland Park and of La Grange, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Beloved husband of 50 years to Charlotte Clark (Prevratil); loving father of Charles A. Clark and Cynthia (Jeffery “Jeffy”) Zurawski; cherished grandfather of Lauren (fiancé Richard Moser) Clark, Allison Zurawski, Alaina Clark, Zoe Zurawski, Jeffery “Jay” Jr. Zurawski, Madelyn Clark, and Charles Jackson “Jack” Clark; dear brother of Richard (Lori) Clark. Charles was preceded in death by his parents Charles P. “Phil” and Carmen Clark (Bunn), brother Gary Clark, and twin brother Phillip Clark. Chuck graduated from Lions Township High School in 1961, and from Ohio Northern University, Ada, Ohio in 1970. He was a member of Phi Delta Chi professional pharmacy fraternity. Chuck was a dedicated Pharmacist for 50 years, an avid scuba diver in his youth, an audiophile, enjoyed photography, antique and classic cars, and was a Mustang enthusiast. The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 3-8 PM. Visitation Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of Funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment private. WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL IN ATTENDANCE.
