Charles M. Hillgoth

Age 76, of New Lenox formerly of Tinley Park, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, January 11, 2024.  Chuck was born in Chicago, IL to the late Robert and Rita (nee Schultz) Hillgoth.  Beloved husband of 29 years of Janette (nee Barella) Hillgoth; loving father of Brandon Hillgoth, the late Joey Hillgoth, and the late Charlie Hillgoth, triplet sons; dear brother of the late Sharon Hock, Janice (late Richard) Sturm, Robert (Tammy) Hillgoth, and Gayle (Ray) Hock; special brother-in-law of Ed (Laura) Barella and Sherrie (Louie) Georgacopoulos; loved uncle, cousin, and friend of many.  Chuck was a Tinley Park Police Officer for 32 years, retiring in 2012. He loved dancing to the oldies in the kitchen with Janette, going to the casino, and Miller Lite.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.  The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, from 2:00pm until time of eulogy and prayers at 6:30pm.  Inurnment with full military honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL will take place at a later date.
