CHARLES R. GUZAITIS

Age 72 of Mokena, passed away on Thursday, July 23rd 2015 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.

Charles is survived by his loving family, wife, Gerry Guzaitis (Zaremba), sons, Kevin (Sherri) Guzaitis, Keith (Alyssa) Guzaitis, brother, Gerald (Susan) Guzaitis, father-in-law, Bernard Burnell, sister-in-law, Linda (Raymond) Bazarko, nephews, Tony (Suzanne) Bazarko, David (Jenna Grzebielucha) Bazarko, great niece and nephew, Clark Bazarko and Addison Bazarko.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. & Valerie Guzaitis (Crapkiewicz) and mother-in-law, Geraldine Burnell (Paruszkiewicz).

Charles was a United States Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral service, Wednesday, July 29th, 2015 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM and then to St. Francis of the Woods for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private.
