CORWYN W. BRUNNER

Age 92, of Mokena, passed away Friday, October 8th, 2021 at Alden Courts of Shorewood in Shorewood.

Corwyn is survived by his loving family, Kathleen (John) O’Neill, Maureen (Terrence) Kelly, Terrence (Mickie) Brunner, grandchildren, Michael (Natalie) O’Neill, Paul O’Neill, Patrick (Deanne) O’Neill, James O’Neill, Christopher Kelly, Amanda Brunner, Nicholas Brunner, great grandchildren, Ayanna, Logan, Kyleigh, Noah, Ethan and Keenan.

Corwyn was preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Esther Brunner (Dittus), wife, Ilah Brunner (King), siblings, Helen (Robert) Meyer, Milton (Donna), Arlene (John) Koch and John Brunner

Corwyn was a United States Army Veteran and a member of St. George Catholic Church in Tinley Park. He was employed as a Mechanical Engineer for 50 years and greatly enjoyed gardening and the outdoors.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Friday, October 15th, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service, Saturday, October 16th, 2021 with prayers at the funeral home at 10:45 AM and then to St. George Catholic Church. 6707 175th Street, Tinley Park, IL 60477 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM.
