Age 91, of Joliet, passed away Friday, March 29th, 2013 at her home in Joliet.

Lucille is survived by her loving family, children, Lyle Solley, Carolyn (Daniel) Kelly, Penny (Daniel) Goolsby, Timothy (Catherine) Solley, godchildren, Cynthia (Ed) Ahlstrand-Wilds, Retired Col. Richard Nielen, siblings, Judy Bogs, Kenneth Love, Wayne Love, sister-in-law, Mari Love, grandchildren, Daniel (fiancé Amanda MacLean), Kayla (Gregory) Reavis, Meghan (Jason) Ostergaard, Beth Whalen, Ryan Whalen, Amy Elliott and Jaimie Elliot, great grandchildren, Clara Ostergaard, Trinity Elliott, Dylan Elliott and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Statta Love (Thorn), husband, Kenneth Solley, siblings, Joy Love, Terry Love, Velma Pryor, Melba Hardman, Phyllis Knapp.

Lucille was a lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Lockport. She was member of Cantigny Post VFW 367 Ladies Auxiliary, as well as the Belmont Little League and Ladies Auxiliary. Lucille retired from Joliet School District 86 after 40 years of service at A.O. Marshall School. Lucille graduated from Panora High School, class of 1942.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport, IL 60441 Thursday, April 4th, 2013 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Friday, April 5th, 2013 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1500 S. Briggs Street, Lockport, IL 60441 from 9:00 AM until time of funeral service at 10:00 AM. Interment, Woodlawn Cemetery, Joliet, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Angels Grace Hospice, St. Paul's Preschool, St. Peter's Day School or any youth organization of your choice.
