Daniel R. Druszkowski

Daniel R. Druszkowski, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Loyola Medical Center.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Marie “Dolly” Druszkowski; son Daniel (Kelly) Druszkowski; daughters, Debra (Mark) Bradley and DeAnne (Roberto) Suarez; grandchildren, Somer, Ethan, Corissa, Anabella, Alora; step grandchildren, Casey, James, Alex, Daniel, Faythe, and Chancellor; brothers, Edward Druszkowski and Anton (Donna) Druszkowski; sister Clara Druszkowski; sister-in-law Roberta Druszkowski; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Daniel is preceded in death by his parents, Anton, and Clara Druszkowski; brother Robert Druszkowski; and his sister-in-law Mary Druszkowski.

Daniel was fondly known by his family and friends as The Legendary Mr. D. He loved going to the dragstrip where he was also known as Danger Dan. He also had a passion for his John Deere Tractors. Daniel was a kind man and will be missed by all that knew him.

Services for Daniel will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 beginning with a memorial visitation at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd, New Lenox, IL from 9:30 am until time of service at 11:30am. Daniel will then be laid to rest at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery in Orland Park. MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE MANDATORY. At the request of the family visitors are asked to dress casually, jeans and t-shirts would be appropriate.
