59, late of New Lenox, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at Morris Hospital. Dan is survived by his loving family; wife, Bonnie K. (nee Maish); daughters, Emily, Tracy (Chris) Mack, Stacy (Tim) Horsley and Marcy (Jim) Sonquist; grandchildren, Jessica, David, Jordan, Austin, Blake, Elizabeth and Giovanni; sister, Laura (Mike) Carmody; brother, Jim (JoAnn); several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Marilyn (nee Johnson) Vietoris. Dan was a member of Carpenters Local 174. Dan loved his wife, children and grandchildren. He was a master carpenter, an avid fisherman and bowler and he loved to garden. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Saturday, October 8, 2011 from 10:00AM until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Private.
