Age 73, late of Chicago, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Holy Cross Hospital, Chicago. Born in Chicago to the late Charles and Mae (nee McGovern) Brown; Loving Father of Laurie (Brian) Smith, Nicole Brown, and Warren Brown; Cherished Papa of Leilynn Smith, Nathan and Jasmine McGuire, and Madison Uhlenberg; Dear Brother of Phyllis (the late Everett) Richards, Marlene (the late Jake) Gaffney and Jolene (Keith) Mazur; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Daryl was a U.S. Army Veteran. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox, IL 60451 Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 3-8PM. Funeral Service Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 10:00AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
