DAVID J. McCORD, SR.

Age 53, of Romeoville, passed away Saturday, October 1st, 2011 at Bolingbrook Hospital in Bolingbrook.

David is survived by his loving family, wife, Brenda McCord (Burke), mother, Alice Scott (Fye), children, Dave (Kristi) McCord Jr., James (Telisha) McCord, Maria (Chris) Hemwall, Darren McCord, siblings, James (Julie) McCord Jr., Bruce McCord, Dorothy (Roy) Scott, 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his father, James McCord Sr. and siblings, Diane Hoschultz and Kenny McCord.

David was a member of the Moose in Effingham, IL and greatly enjoyed working on cars.

Family will receive friends at Goodale Memorial Chapel, 912 S. Hamilton Street, Lockport on Friday, October 7th, 2011 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM.
