45, of New Lenox, formerly of Orland Park and Oak Lawn, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Loving husband of Tiffany; beloved father of Aidan and Ava; dearest son of Daniel E. and the late Lois Sullivan; cherished brother of Kathy Sullivan, the late Danny Sullivan, Patti (Karl) Schmider, Sharon Sullivan and Joe(Angela) Sullivan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Dave will be loved and missed by his many friends and family. A memorial visitation will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church 412 E. Benton St. Joliet IL 60432. on Monday, March 21,2016 from 4:00PM until time of memorial service at 6:00PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations for Aidan and Ava would be appreciated.
