Age 78, of New Lenox, passed away Thursday, February 16th, 2017 at her home in New Lenox.

Louise is survived by her loving family, her husband of 59 years, Donald Boltz, children, Robin (Richard) Suhs, Darryl (Kim) Boltz, Veda Carmony, Cheri (Laurie Roxworthy) Boltz, brother, Raymond (Barbara) Carmony, grandchildren, Katy (Deveraux) Taylor, Brandon Boltz, Heather Boltz, Ian Boltz, Nicholas Suhs, great grandchildren, Josephine Taylor, Audric Mrakovic, Abby Boltz and numerous nieces and nephews.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, David & Ada Carmony (Hall) and 13 siblings.

Louise's family was her life. She was an extremely dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt who enjoyed cooking, baking and playing cards.

All services for Louise will be private.
