Age, 59 a longtime resident of Frankfort, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2018.

Diann is survived by her loving family, husband, Scott Mitchell, sons, Scott and Michael Mitchell, mother, Anne “Nancy” Cassidy, siblings, Margaret LoPiccolo, Kevin (Gwendolyn) Cassidy, Deirdre Ketcham, twin Donna Etheridge and Caroline Davis, god children, Mellisa (Dylan) Davis-Mancuso, Theresa (Kevin) LoPiccolo-Vlk, Edward (Kimberly) Litke, Matthew and Thomas Etheridge and many more nieces and nephews.

Diann was preceded in death by her father Michael Cassidy and a sister Ann (Joseph) Sullivan-Saulys.

Diann was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church where she taught Religious Education.

Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Funeral service, Friday, September 21, 2018 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM and then to St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
