Don C. Bettenhausen

Don C. Bettenhausen, born on March 9, 1947, passed away at Sunny Hill Nursing Home on April 19, 2025, at the age of 78. Throughout his life, Don was known not only for his dedication to farming but also for his unwavering commitment to helping those around him. His kindness and generosity extended, particularly towards his friends, who often spoke of his willingness to lend a hand in times of need.

He is survived by his beloved daughter, Kelly (Mark) Frey, and his son, Ken (Regina) Bettenhausen. Don also cherished his role as a grandfather to Austin Bettenhausen, who brought him great joy and pride.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Don's name to the Zion Lutheran Church. Celebration of Life will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Tinley Park on May 31st. From 1PM-5PM.
