Donna R. Phillips

Donna R. Phillips, age 93 of Frankfort, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016. She is survived by her loving family, husband Herbert Phillips; children Richard Phillips and Cindy (Bob) Stuart; grandchildren Christopher (Erin) Stuart, Ryan Stuart and Rachel (Kal) Kazak; great grandchild Rex Kazak and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers Del and Kenneth Ault. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort IL 60423 on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 11:00AM until time of funeral service at 1:00PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Frankfort. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Alzheimer's Association and American Heart Association would be appreciated.
