Age 86, of Frankfort, passed away on Monday, February 1st, 2016 at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox.

Dorothy is survived by her loving family, children, Robert W. (Cynthia Ann) Lerner, Jr., Michael A. (Marilou) Lerner, Gerald E. Lerner, grandchildren, Robert W. (Lesley) Lerner III, AnnMarie (Ryan) O'Sullivan, David Lerner, Timothy Lerner, Elyse (Elliot) Small, Gerald (Stephanie) Lerner, Kyle Lerner, Cameron Lerner, great grandchildren, Dylan Lerner, Olivia O'Sullivan, Brantley Lerner, Leah Lerner, Tyler O'Sullivan and numerous nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Elsie Guetschow (Booth), husband, Robert W. Lerner, Sr., siblings, Robert Guetschow, Elizabeth Jaworski, Catherine Jessen, Elsie Guetschow, John Guetschow and William Guetschow.

Dorothy was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Mokena.

Family will receive friends on Friday, February 5th, 2016 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423. Funeral Saturday, February 6th, 2016 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:15 AM and then to St. Mary Catholic Church, 19515 115th Avenue, Mokena, IL 60448 for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
